- We offer free shipping within India for all prepaid orders made through credit card, debit card, net banking, wallet, and other modes of online payment. For international shipping, please contact us on WhatsApp for shipping charges.
- We dispatch almost all orders within 3-4 days from our godown and delivery time depends on the delivery destination. However, please note that shipping duration mentioned on our website is indicative and approximate values only. Due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur, and no refunds, returns, replacement, or exchange will be entertained for this reason.
- At Cayorii Saree Shop, we conduct a thorough quality check before dispatching your order. In the rare case of a defect, a new item is manufactured, which may lead to a slight delay in shipping.
- If an item is out of stock or if there is an unusual delay in filing an order, we will notify you by email. We will also email you the tracking details after the order is shipped. Please note that tracking numbers may take up to 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.
- In case of incomplete or incorrect shipping address or the door being locked at the time of delivery, the charges for re-shipment will be borne by the customer. If your order gets lost in transit, we will reprocess the order after 15 days.
